Although we are celebrating outstanding achievements of our academics since their last promotion, we have also evaluated their potential to become world leading researchers. Both Helen and Esfand are very talented full of innovative ideas and hard working. I am sure that in a few years they will be coming back to us seeking promotion to Professorship.
