Two members of the Institute for Sustainable Resources staff have been included in the senior academic, research and teaching fellow promotions this year:
- Dr Paul Dodds has been promoted from Associate Professor to Professor.
- Dr Lorenzo Lotti has been promoted from Senior Teaching Fellow to Principal Teaching Fellow.
ISR Director Professor Paul Ekins congratulated both:
Paul Dodds has been a critically important link between UCL Energy Institute and the UCL Institute for Sustianable Resources. His promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his expertise and success in energy system modelling, the development of hydrogen as an energy source, and crop modelling."
As Course Director of one of UCL’s largest MSc programmes, Lorenzo has been key in overseeing the successful expansion of the course, and maintaining and enhancing its quality. In addition, he has made a critical contribution to BSEER’s departmental teaching oversight, and its transition to online teaching for the 2020-21 academic year.
