The brief asked for a business plan for $100 million in cash to invest in real estate within Europe. The competition called for a proposal that defined the investment theme and develop a business plan to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
The Solution proposed was to invest in Barcelona with a community centric approach through a mixed use development. The team created the concept, development strategy and proposed a feasible financial model.
The winning team recieved £1,000 and the opportunity to present the presentation at the conference
