MSc IP student, Priya Kanchan, wins OxRES Business Plan Competition 2017

Congratulations to Priya Kanchan (MSc International Planning) who was part of the winning team at the Oxford Real Estate Conference's Business Plan Competition.

20 March 2017

The brief asked for a business plan for $100 million in cash to invest in real estate within Europe. The competition called for a proposal that defined the investment theme and develop a business plan to maximise risk-adjusted returns.

The Solution proposed was to invest in Barcelona with a community centric approach through a mixed use development. The team created the concept, development strategy and proposed a feasible financial model.

The winning team recieved £1,000 and the opportunity to present the presentation at the conference
