Kwame Addae-Dapaah wins American Real Estate Society Prize

The Bartlett School of Planning's Dr Kwame Addae-Dapaah has received the American Real Estate Society's 2016 Manuscript Prize for his paper "Valuation of Mixed-Use Development Sites".

Dr Addae-Dapaah's research, which was among more than 230 papers presented at the Society's 32nd annual meeting in Denver, Colorado, was selected as the Best Paper in the Mixed Use Properties award category.

The American Real Estate Society awards prizes for work in 21 distinct research categories. Submissions in each prize category are evaluated by an expert panel of judges with unique knowledge of the research area and undergo multiple rounds of evaluation to determine the ultimate winner.
