Hosted by The Bartlett School of Architecture in collaboration with the association of architectural educators (aae), aae2016 is an international peer-reviewed conference on ‘Research-Based Education’ which will run from 7 to 9 April 2016.

At a pivotal time for architectural education, the conference will bring together global innovators in education, research and practice to interrogate the diverse natures and interrelationships between these realms as they relate to architecture, and to discuss how and why they may evolve over the coming century. It will include sessions on the key themes of curiosity, risk, participation and production. Confirmed keynote speakers include Izaskun Chinchilla Moreno, Lesley Lokko, Achim Menges and Etienne Wenger

Abstracts and workshop/event proposals are invited: deadline extended to 26 October 2015.
