About the Soundbite

How do we effectively tackle society’s most complex and difficult challenges? Challenges such as climate change, the impact of AI, the sustainability of healthcare systems, and more, are both opportunities and risks.

The opportunities come from changing systems no longer fit for purpose. The risks come from recreating the status quo through the deployment of zombie ideas and practices.

Zaid will outline an approach to effectively responding to complexity based on 20 years of practice.
