Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Intersectionality at IGP

A hub for information and resources relating to equality, diversity, inclusion and intersectionality at the Institute for Global Prosperity
"Equality and Inclusion are at the very heart of IGPs work, from conducting participatory research with communities across the world, to teaching our diverse student cohorts about a wide range of perspectives on prosperity through an intersectional and decolonial lens. Every year, we review and update our work, scrutinising the process and the progress. We continually strive to improve how we work together and collaborate with others in an equitable manner focused on social justice outcomes." – Professor Henrietta L. Moore, Founder and Director, Institute for Global Prosperity

Research

Addressing inequalities and social justice are at the core of our research work.

Events

We host a variety of academic events on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and how these questions relate to inclusive visions of prosperity.

The Curriculum

We run a number of projects to ensure our teaching materials and methods are inclusive.

A group of students are smiling at the camera with their thumbs up and fun hand gestures. They look very happy.

Widening Participation

We're proud to offer scholarships and programmes for students and graduates from under-represented backgrounds.

People sit around a table in discussion. They are seated underneath a large wall sign that says 'Project Space'. They look engaged in conversation and are smiling.

Disability and Neurodiversity

We believe that everyone should have equal access to high-quality education at the IGP, regardless of disability or neurodiversity.
