Fernando is an experienced practitioner for strategic projects and a partnership leader with experience in public management, engagement and innovation, both in NGOs oriented to social change and in local governments. He is a Chevening Alumni with studies in social communication and public administration. He has led multidisciplinary teams to create and implement an innovative range of projects with a high level of complexity in educational policies, community infrastructure and stakeholder’s engagement. He is particularly interested in sustainable local economic development, public innovation and how new ways of thinking and design can shape public policies and thrives communities.
