UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)

David Eaves is Associate Professor of Digital Government and Co-Deputy Director of the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose at UCL. David’s courses focus on the governance of digital public infrastructure and the minimum viable knowledge public administrators need on technology to be effective in a digital era. He is a co-founder of Teaching Public Service in a Digital Age, which seeks to increase the number of public servants receiving digital era public administration skills.

Director - Inclusion, Safety & Civil Society Engagement

Co-Develop

Matthew is the Director of Inclusion, Safety & Civil Society Engagement at Co-develop. A seasoned digital development practitioner, he leads global initiatives to cultivate safe and inclusive digital public infrastructure. His expertise is informed by his previous tenures at UNICEF and the World Bank, where he focused on the strategic deployment of technology for public value.

Himansu is the Lead for Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Applied Learning at UCL IIPP. An expert learning designer, he develops interactive curriculum frameworks and digital governance simulations tailored for senior government stakeholders. His work focuses on building the capacity of Governments for technology deployment.

Krisstina Rao

Senior Principal - Investments

Co-Develop

Krisstina is a Senior Investments Principal for Inclusion & Safety at Co-Develop and a digital policy expert specializing in digital governance strategy. She previously led the DPI Map project as a Research Fellow at UCL IIPP, co-developing measurement frameworks for inclusive government systems.
