This event presents the final outcomes of the IMPACT project, demonstrating our innovative digital twin platform for assessing and improving road network resilience during flooding events. Through an interactive presentation and live platform demonstration, we will showcase how our framework integrates network topology analysis, multimodal traffic simulation, and dynamic risk assessment to enhance urban infrastructure resilience. The session is designed for urban planners, transportation engineers, policy makers, and researchers interested in infrastructure resilience and digital twin applications. Key discussion points include: - Novel methodology for dynamic congestion risk assessment - Integration of flood impacts with transportation network analysis - Practical applications demonstrated through London case study - Future implications for urban resilience planning The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session, providing opportunities for detailed technical discussions and potential collaboration exploration. This event is organized by University College London's Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction and supported by DAFNI (Data & Analytics Facility for National Infrastructure). Dr. Qiuchen Lu is a leading expert in Digital Twin technology and infrastructure management at UCL. Her research focuses on developing dynamic Digital Twins for buildings and cities, integrating heterogeneous data sources and AI-based decision-making processes. Previously, she worked at the University of Cambridge's Institute for Manufacturing, Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction, and Centre of Digital Built Britain. She is an Associate Member of ASCE and serves as Editor for the BIM Dictionary.
