The Bartlett Summer Show Launch Party celebrates the opening of The Barlett Summer Show 2025. The launch party will take place at the cutting-edge event space, HERE at Outernet on Thursday 26 June, 18:00–23:00. Located a short walk from 22 Gordon Street on Charing Cross Road, HERE at Outernet is known for its innovative design and immersive digital experiences.

With food stalls, bars, live music and DJs, the launch party is an opportunity for staff, students and guests to revisit and celebrate the work of the last academic year. The party will also include a prize giving ceremony. 

Open to all students, staff and alumni, including friends and family. Please note that this is an 18+ venue. Tickets must be booked in advance for this event, ticket does not guarantee entry. 

Booking Information

• Open to Bartlett students, staff, alumni and guests (18+ only).
• Tickets are free but must be booked in advance and do not guarantee entry.
• Please arrive promptly – prizes will be awarded at the start of the evening.
• Please use your personal email account to book your ticket in order to receive email reminders 
• Where possible do not use your UCL email address 
• If using your UCL email address please create an account with Four Venues in order to access your ticket after booking
• Once you have booked please download your ticket/add to your wallet immediately 
• You must show your ticket to gain entry to the event.
