Up to three Bartlett Promise scholarships are available to students starting Bartlett master’s courses in September 2026, who are nationals and residents of a Bartlett approved list of Sub-Saharan African countries who have admission to a Bartlett master’s course.*

*Please note: Prospective students for the Bartlett Promise Sub-Saharan Africa Master's Scholarship must be a national of one of the following countries:
Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal Sierra Leone, Somalia (including Somaliland), South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
To be eligible for The Bartlett Promise Sub Saharan Africa Master’s Scholarship, candidates must have an offer of a place on a Bartlett master’s course.
