Future Practice 2023: Careers Event
A careers event for students from a number of our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to meet leading practices and explore professional pathways following their studies. The event will include networking sessions and be followed by a drinks reception.
Future Practice offers final-year students the valuable opportunity to connect with potential employers in the built environment. The event is in partnership with Adrem who will host CV clinics and offer expert career advice to attendees.
Meeting in the ground floor lobby of The Bartlett School of Architecture on Wednesday 03 May from 15:45, Director of Professional Studies Felicity Atekpe and programme directors will welcome attendees to the event before up to 30 leading practices take part in PechaKucha presentations to showcase the range of practice options available after graduating. This will be followed by one-to-one networking with practices and a group networking session, finishing with a drinks reception. Attending practices will include ACME, Asif Khan, dRMM, Fosters, HO+K, Hopkins, Jacobs, Martha Schwartz, ARUP, Studio Egret West, Stanton Williams, Weston Williamson and WilkinsonEyre.
Participation is open to final-year students on the following programmes: Architecture BSc (ARB/RIBA Part 1), Engineering & Architectural Design MEng (ARB/RIBA Part 1 CIBSE JBM), Architecture MArch (ARB/RIBA Part 2) and Landscape Architecture MA/MLA, as well as Architecture MSci (ARB Part 1 & 2) students. Students must bring along a current CV.
