A conversation and book launch, co-organised with Blue Crow Media, by author Dr Robin Wilson and photographer Dr Nigel Green, introducing the book Brutalist Paris and presenting further reflections on Parisian brutalism. Brutalist Paris focuses on the architecture of the outer communes of Clamart, Bobigny and Ivry-sur-Seine.
This presentation will be followed by a drinks reception and an opportunity to purchase the book.
Biographies
Dr Nigel Green is an artist, photographer and lecturer. He has exhibited and published many photographic projects that document modern architecture across the U.K., Europe and the former Eastern Bloc.
Dr Robin Wilson is a critic, curator and associate professor at The Bartlett School of Architecture.
Photolanguage (Nigel Green & Robin Wilson) was founded in 1998 to document the legacy of modern architecture and landscape through arts-based methods of collaborative research.
