Bartlett Wellbeing Week - Yoga with Hannah
Join us for this relaxing and rejuvenating 45 minute lunchtime yoga class, with certified yoga teacher Hannah.

Join certified yoga teacher Hannah Legg for a 45-minute morning yoga class of mindful flowing sequences, focusing on breath and building strength and flexibility.
We will work on poses that will relieve common desk-based tightness and leave ourselves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated for the rest of the day.
The session is open to all, no matter your level of experience with yoga. Complete beginners are welcome!
This event is open to all Bartlett staff and students, and will be hosted on Zoom and in person (limited spaces). You will be sent a Zoom link in advance of the session.
