SPID Theatre Company: The Story of Fires and Floods
SPID Theatre Company commemorate Grenfell’s fifth anniversary with a performance of 'The Story of Fires and Floods'.

Five years have passed since the Grenfell Tower fire in North Kensington. As the most recent urban disaster in the UK, it exposed deep inequalities in class, race and gender. This event will mark the anniversary and open a dialogue about future implications in the design and built environment industries and in architectural education.
To commemorate Grenfell’s fifth anniversary this June, the SPID Theatre Company will premiere 'The Story of Fires and Floods' on estates, museums and theatres throughout London, and on 23 June the performance will come to The Bartlett. The interactive event is the sequel to the award-winning The Burning Tower. It features the voices of local residents – including those who lost friends and homes to the fire.
Please register to attend on 23 June in Room 1.02, 22 Gordon Street from 18.30-19.30 BST for the performance and Q&A session.
