About
A third of the food we grow goes to waste while 1 in 9 people goes to bed hungry every night. How have we created a food system that not only allows, but accepts the fact that 30% of everything we grow gets thrown in a hole in the ground without going anywhere near someone eating it? Feeding 9 billion people with our current food system would be responsible for 2 degrees of climate change by itself. Fortunately, we have some pretty good ideas about how we can fix it.
