Speaker: Professor Eddie HUI, Department of Building and Real Estate, Hong Kong Polytechnic University 

Eddie Hui is Professor of Real Estate at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include real estate economics/finance and urban analysis. He has published extensively on topics in relation to planning and development, urbanisation, real estate market analysis and consumer sentiment. In 2015, Professor Hui was awarded a Medal of Honour by the Chief Executive, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for his significant contributions to planning and surveying in society. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Habitat International. He has served on key statutory think tanks, such as Town Planning Board, Long Term Housing Strategy Committee and Securities and Futures Commission (REITs Committee).
