Overview

The project seeks to develop a formal methodology for the identification, implementation tracking and subsequent measurement of the impact of innovation in facilities management (FM) service delivery. This development is expected to deliver a service innovation framework that will enable Amey to accurately predict the value of both tangible and intangible benefits of service innovation within the proposals submitted to potential clients. In addition, it is expected to enable understanding of the value-for-money position as well as other associated benefits of a formal approach to managing service innovation.
