UCL IEDE researcher wins CIBSE Carter Bronze medal

Research paper by Roderic Bunn, post-doctoral researcher at UCL IEDE, wins CIBSE award.

UCL IEDE is delighted to congratulate Roderic Bunn and Ljiljana Marjanovic-Halburd (De Montfort University) for winning the Charted Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Carter Bronze medal. These prestigious awards are given, to the most highly rated paper published in the Building Services Engineering Research and Technology (BSER&T) journal in the year. Their paper ‘Comfort signatures: How long-term studies of occupant satisfaction in office buildings reveal on-going performance’ received the award in the area of application and development.

Roderic Bunn comments on the award:

I’m honoured for the work to be recognised, reflecting the quality of research carried out at the Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources (BSEER).

This year’s President’s Awards ceremony will take place on Friday 12th October in London.
