UCL-Energy staff undertake independent evaluation of Warm Front scheme

Working with Ipsos MORI, UCL Energy Institute staff have undertaken an independent evaluation of the Warm Front scheme’s operation for 2005 to the scheme closure in 2013.  The report, which includes qualitative surveys of installers, grant recipients and service providers, alongside qualitative analysis of the number and type of measures provided, costs and examination of complaints, was recently published by DECC.
