The Major Infrastructure Delivery MBA  at UCL is a one-of-a-kind programme designed specifically for professionals in the infrastructure industry, where leadership skills are essential to successfully navigate large-scale, long-term major project delivery. The MBA enables talented mid-career professionals with the skills and training to step up to transformative leadership roles.

Blending general management with industry-specific learning, the curriculum is developed in partnership with an advisory group of infrastructure leaders.  

Designed for working professionals, you can study while continuing to work full-time. You’ll only need to be on campus in the UK for five short periods of nine days (45 days total) over two years.

The MBA incorporates insights and debates with global professionals—CEOs, Managing Directors, and Directors—who are actively involved in making decisions for major, mega, and giga-projects worldwide.
