Prescribing a management agenda for the Nigerian water supply system: value co-creation and networks prescriptions
Research supervisors: Professor Stephen Pryke and Dr Grant Mills
Start date: 2015
Understanding the process and benefits of integrating multiple stakeholders to enhance project performance necessitated this research. Value co-creation in service ecosystems was explored to provide theoretical insights. The research strategy was mixed methods. Although extensive qualitative analysis was carried out, nevertheless, social network analysis was further applied to provide an in-depth understanding of the theoretical roots, and also to simplify the ambiguities trailing the value co-creation concept in the marketing literature. The contextual investigation was carried out in the Nigerian water supply system.
