Uncertainty and Innovation within Business-Critical Projects

My research is focused on the treatment of complexity and uncertainty, two properties that are common in those projects used by firms as means of innovation and are key to the firm’s core business or survival. By analysing the issue from alterative perspectives to traditional project management methodologies, such as entrepreneurship theory, I aim to provide a deeper understanding of the use of non-predictive strategies in scenarios of high complexity and uncertainty.
