Adam’s PhD considers relational contracting, reflecting on relational norms and relational contracts, exploring the balance between formal and informal governance. The relationship between relational contracting and innovation shall be explored. The study is ethnographic and looks at the aforementioned aspects via the lens of the Thames Tideway Tunnel innovation programme, a live megaproject being delivered in the heart of London.
