This event presents the final outcomes of the IMPACT project, demonstrating our innovative digital twin platform for assessing and improving road network resilience during flooding events. Through an interactive presentation and live platform demonstration, we will showcase how our framework integrates network topology analysis, multimodal traffic simulation, and dynamic risk assessment to enhance urban infrastructure resilience. The session is designed for urban planners, transportation engineers, policy makers, and researchers interested in infrastructure resilience and digital twin applications. Key discussion points include: - Novel methodology for dynamic congestion risk assessment - Integration of flood impacts with transportation network analysis - Practical applications demonstrated through London case study - Future implications for urban resilience planning The presentation will be followed by an interactive Q&A session, providing opportunities for detailed technical discussions and potential collaboration exploration. This event is organized by University College London's Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction and supported by DAFNI (Data & Analytics Facility for National Infrastructure). The IMPACT project has been funded through the DINI programme.
