Crafting Project Narratives

This online short course will give you the skills you need to use to craft narratives in projects and megaprojects. The course consists of 4 live 2-hour online sessions on 5 consecutive evenings (Monday to Friday).

This course is for anyone who works on projects (or will do). You may be a project manager, but you don't need to be one to benefit from the course.

Becoming a Project Leader

This online short course will help you develop your project leadership skills. You'll learn about the project leadership model, which outlines key processes for managing projects and teams. The course consists of 5 live 2-hour online sessions, held over 5 days (Monday to Friday).

The course is for people with little or no project management experience, who want to learn or enhance general and project-related leadership skills. It suitable for anyone who works on projects (or will do). You may be a project manager, but you don't need to be one to benefit from the course.

Digital transformation in the built environment

Online short course
The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction will be launching a new short course, Digital transformation in the built environment: aligning technology with business. The course is a successful outcome of a short course development grant funded by UCL Innovation and Enterprise through their lifelong learning team.

Aimed at executives, senior managers and policy makers involved in the construction industry, this short course will address the challenges and opportunities created by digital transformation of the built environment.
