Connected Environments MSc

Connected Environments MSc is a forward-thinking degree with a focus on building, coding, and deploying devices to sense, communicate, and analyse data related to our built and natural environments. This programme addresses the industry need for skills in programming, data capture, visualisation, and prototyping to tackle key environmental challenges.

Urban Spatial Science MSc

The Urban Spatial Science MSc course equips students with a multi-disciplinary and critical perspective on approaches to understanding, monitoring and improving global urban resilience and sustainability through the use of data analytics, machine learning (ML), reproducible research, and remote sensing technologies.

Urban Spatial Science MRes

Urban Spatial Science MRes explores the theoretical, social and scientific foundations of the modern built environment through a geo-spatial, data-oriented lens.

CASA-2020-1

Urban Spatial Science Degree Apprenticeship MSc

Candidates must have a sponsoring employer based in England who will employ them in a spatial data science or geographic information science role and is prepared to provide a work place mentor and enter into an employer agreement with UCL.

Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis MPhil/PhD

The MPhil/PhD in Advanced Spatial Analysis is ideal for students interested in modelling diverse social and physical aspects of cities. The programme covers topics like complexity theory and smart cities, linking disciplines such as geography, urban planning, and architecture.
