Unravelling at the UCL Festival of Intimacy
28 June 2021
Unravelling, a performance workshop, took place at the Grant Museum on 19 June as part of the UCL Festival of Intimacy. A collaboration between artist Fiona Mathison, dance artist Louise Klarnett and researchers in Connected Environments at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis, Unravelling explored the relationship between textile and digital technologies. Over the course of an hour, participants were guided through the process of weaving their own marker as a holder for memories of the people, places, and things they have missed during the pandemic.
