Rosanna Seels

Rosanna Seels is Senior Staffing and School Administrator for BSEER. She is responsible for all HR processes, including recruitment and contracts. She is also the main point of contact for Estates and Facilities issues.

Rosanna graduated with a BA (Hons) in English Literature and has over 20 years’ experience in the HEI and public sector. She began working at UCL in 2004 with the HAPIEE Study Group in the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health. During this time Rosanna also assisted the Health Care Evaluation Group and Sir Michael Marmot's UCL research team working on the WHO Commission on Social Determinants of Health.

Rosanna joined the UCL Energy Institute in May 2011 and subsequently became part of the BSEER administration team in 2014.
