The Bartlett School of Architecture

Short courses

The Bartlett's range of short courses offer participants the chance to experience learning with a world-leading architecture school over a short period of time.

Summer short courses 2020

Our 2020 short courses have been cancelled in response to the global Covid-19 pandemic. If you’ve already applied and/or paid, please check your inbox for further details in the coming days or email bartlett.shortcourses@ucl.ac.uk

Our Summer Schools are for students aged 16 –18-years-old, and can be taken over a five-day, ten-day or three-week period, while our three-week Summer Studio is for students already studying architecture or a related discipline at university level.

Once students have decided on a Summer School or Summer Studio course, they then have the option to add a Portfolio Workshop or an extra Maker's Week to the end of their session. The Maker's Week offers students the opportunity to develop their making skills with expert guidance in the school's cutting-edge workshop.
