The Bartlett School of Architecture will launch its two-week annual summer show on Friday 23 July. Over 800 students from five programmes of study will exhibit their work to a global audience via the school’s innovative digital environment throughout the last week of July and first week of August.

Visitors to The Bartlett Summer Show 2021 can anticipate work from Architecture BSc (ARB/RIBA Part 1), Architecture MArch (ARB/RIBA Part 2), Architecture & Interdisciplinary Studies BSc, Engineering & Architectural Design MEng and for the first time Architecture MSci, the school’s integrated Part 1 and Part 2 programme recently accredited by the ARB.

The virtual show allows visitors to experience student work spatially, exploring exhibition rooms before deep diving into the work of individual students or groups and also through a comprehensive index of all projects.

Over the coming weeks, students and tutors will work with the school’s exhibitions team to curate their work from a truly exceptional academic year, using the most appropriate digital functionality and sequencing. This year, the virtual exhibition will include the option to embed Sketchfab models, allowing students to share their 3D work digitally and visitors to interact and manipulate models, exploring the technical detail as well as the overall concept.
