Autonomy of Living/Life Through Mobile Architecture
Architecture BSc graduates Issui Shioura and Matt Taylor present drawings and videos from SAMPO Inc, their architectural artist collective based in Japan and Singapore.
SAMPO Inc cultivates the culture of D.I.Y through the framework of metabolism, with the aim of creating a makers’ community. Their projects explore mobile architecture rooted in the act of designing and making, as a means of realising both the individual and collective sense of autonomy.
About The Bartlett Kiosk
The Bartlett Kiosk is the school's micro exhibition space for student work. Located next to the entrance of our Bloomsbury home, 22 Gordon Street, The Bartlett Kiosk presents installations to the general public at street level.
If you are a student or group of students interested in exhibiting in The Bartlett Kiosk, please contact Chee-Kit Lai, Director of Exhibitions, with your proposal.
