The Bartlett Disability Collective is a dedicated space within our faculty focused on fostering inclusivity, celebrating diversity, and promoting equality. Our mission is to create a platform where our disabled community feels celebrated, seen, heard, and valued.
By disabled people, for disabled people
The Collective is run by disabled people, for disabled people—a space from the community, for the community. By harnessing the power of collective support and mentorship, we aim to inspire a positive cultural shift that aligns with the core values of equality and diversity at The Bartlett.
Supported by the Bartlett Faculty Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team with an annual budget, the Collective can decide on various initiatives and events that best support disabled staff and students. This funding empowers us to create meaningful opportunities that resonate with the needs and aspirations of our community.
Members of the Collective can also engage in mentorship, supporting fellow students and staff as we build a more connected and supportive environment. By sharing experiences and insights, we break barriers, challenge disability stigma, and foster a culture of inclusion and celebration.

To join the Bartlett Disability Collective, request to join our Teams group here and we will provide access to our dedicated MS Teams channel.
