As a result of the transition away from fossil fuels, certain sectors will shrink, whilst others may benefit from the transition. The impact of reducing emission may also have benefits for our health and wider society through better air quality, healthier diets and increased food and energy security. In this theme we will explore the overall economic impact of the energy transition, and the impact this it will have on industries as well as the possible benefits of moving towards net zero.
