Fiona joined the Registry in February 2003 and has been an AUA member since January 2004. Fiona began the Postgraduate Certificate in November 2004 and took over as UCL's Branch Coordinator one month later.

Alex is the branch contact for general enquiries.
Alex joined UCL in 1997 and has since held administrative manager roles in a number of academic departments. Alex joined the AUA in 2002 on commencement of an MBA in Higher Education Management and became a mentor on the Postgraduate Certificate in 2006.

Chris is the branch contact for promotion and publicity enquiries.
Chris joined UCL in March 2005 as Academic Registrar-designate and formally became Academic Registrar five months later. Chris has been an AUA member since 1985 and he is currently a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Regional Coordinators' Steering Group. He is also a mentor on the Postgraduate Certificate.

Louise joined UCL's Estates and Facilities Division in the Room and Conference Bookings Office in summer 2005 and became an AUA member in October 2005.

Paula is the branch contact for web enquiries.
Paula joined the Registry in March 1995 and became an AUA member in August 2005. Paula designed and launched the AUA at UCL web site in February 2006.

Helen is the branch contact for Postgraduate Certificate and mentoring enquiries.
Helen joined UCL's History Department in 1996 and has been an active AUA member since 1998. Helen is the AUA Specialist Interest Group Coordinator, convenor of the Departmental Administrators' Special Interest Group and a member of the Membership and Communications Committee.
