World Mental Health Day and launch of Faculty Quiet Room

We are delighted to to announce the Faculty now has a dedicated Quiet Room!

We are delighted to to announce the Faculty now has a dedicated Quiet Room, which staff can book and use!

Please drop by Room 21, South Wing on October 10 between 10am and 2pm, and participate in Colleague Connect which is part of World Mental Health Day, say hello to the Faculty Wellbeing team and see what the space is like!

There will also be a book sale (donate what you like in exchange for what are mostly brand new books, courtesy of the Orwell Society), and a chance to grab some refreshments. Also, why not try your luck at winning a book token in our Lucky Dip?

Please sign up to the Colleague Connect event here. You can also participate by sharing your own tips and resources on our World Mental Health Day Padlet Board.

If you can’t make it on the 10th, you can drop-in or book the Quiet Room in advance by sending a meeting request to:~A&H.QuietRoom.Room21.SouthWing

Huge thanks go to our Wellbeing Champion for SELCS, Susie Ivins, and to Georgina Bolton, our Faculty Operations Manager, for all the negotiating, planning, and refurbishing that they’ve done to get this space up and running.

We hope to see you on the 10th!
