The Department of Hebrew & Jewish Studies at UCL presents a trio of Zoom seminars exploring Jewish mental health.
Held Tuesdays from 1–2pm, the series begins 25 November 2025 with Professor Simon Dein discussing sociocultural factors and mental illness among Jews. On 20 January 2026, Professor Kate Loewenthal examines gender and depression in Jewish communities. The final session on 24 February 2026 features Associate Professor Tali Loewenthal on evolving attitudes toward psychotherapy among Haredim.
