This conference provides a platform to discuss the often-overlooked theme of political engagement among older adults worldwide. The interdisciplinary event aims to shed light on the representations, experiences, and outcomes of political participation in later life in different countries and localities. We seek to expand the theoretical understanding, and the empirical and methodological exploration of political participation in later life.
