About Janice Hallett

Janice studied English at UCL and graduated in 1990. 

She has a distinguished career in writing, including journalism and government communications. Janice is the author of 5 best-selling novels. She won the Crime and Thriller British Book of the Year in 2023 with her second novel, The Twyford Code.

I’ve learned that it’s never too late to try new things and find success. This is especially true in novel writing. You need life experience to truly capture the human condition, and I believe that’s a key ingredient for any novel.
