| Rhizome is a research group that explores issues of the formations of knowledge pertaining to the visual beyond traditional histories of art. This website coordinates a wide range of actions (film screenings, informal panel discussions, site visits, etc.) involving staff and students. It intends to foster a critical, non-hierarchical and unpredictable approach to transdisciplinary thinking as an experimental alternative to the contemporary tendency toward administered research. |
