Jill is an experienced objects conservator and conservation scientist with a special interest in the synthesis of socio-cultural and materials science data.

Her research interests include:

Conservation of metals

Public outreach, engagement, and inclusion

Conservation impacts on aesthetics and object meanings

Conservation and the antiquities trade
