Wellbeing walks open to UCL staff and students being led by Charlotte Frearson (UCL Institute of Archaeology) at selected dates over the summer

UCL staff and students are invited to participate in a series of lunchtime Wellbeing Walks over the summer period.

Charlotte Frearson (IoA Wellbeing Champion) will be running a series of Wellbeing Walks over the summer for all UCL students and staff alongside Indy (Charlotte’s whippet who is also the IoA Pets as Therapy resident pooch!). 

The walks will visit a different park or garden each week and will hopefully serve as a stress reliever and an excuse to leave the office over lunch time.

Dates

  • Friday 14 June, 1-2pm
  • Friday 5 July, 1-2pm
  • Wednesday 7 August, 1-2pm
  • Wednesday 14 August, 1-2pm

The bringing of reusable cups is advised if you wish to obtain coffee/tea en route. Meet at the Institute of Archaeology Reception at 1pm.
