3.1 Module and programme leaders and other key staff involved in programme delivery
Academic advice on your programme of study is available from your Degree Coordinator in the first instance. Please contact the Academic Administrator with queries related to your schedule, module or degree changes, coursework extensions, and provision for those with disabilities. Arrangements for in-person or Teams meetings will be made as appropriate.
Core Hours
While contracts will vary, UCL’s core working hours are Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. You should not expect academic and administrative staff to be available, check e-mail, and/or to respond to non-emergency requests outside these hours.
