CISP: The lettering is Insular half-uncial. The A is in the 'OC' form and the N and I have wedge-shaped finials. The N is in the capitalis form and, like the forms on TOURP/7 and TOURP/8 the cross stroke runs downward from two-thirds of the way up the left ascender to one-third of the way up the right ascender.
