History:Forsyth/1996, 467: `Following a careful search in July 1876 this ogham-inscribed slab was found by the Shetland antiquarian Gilbert Goudie 'imbedded in the sand'. He presented it to the National Antiquities Museum in 1877 (NMS Cat. No. IB112)'.
