History: | Macalister/1909, 1, states that it is `very doubtful' that this stone should be identified with Petrie/1872, Fig. 21. On p. 41, however, Macalister states that this identification is 'probable'. If the latter is accepted then according to Petrie/1872, 21: `This stone was drawn by Dr. Petrie in 1822. It is no longer to be found'. Recorded as no longer lost in Macalister/1909, 1, and again as still on site in Macalister/1949, 43. |
