Palaeography:CISP: The lettering is Insular half-uncial. The minuscule H appears to have a wedge-shaped finial atop its ascender. The Ts are half-uncial with curved ascenders and flat top-strokes. The G is half-uncial and the E appears to have been in the closed minuscule form.
