Okasha/1993, 63, `In 1754 W. Borlase recorded that the stone was in `the parish of St. Blasey', and that, in `a little meadow adjoining to the places where this stone now stands, many human bones have been found, and I suspect that this Cross may have been remov'd from thence'.
