The annual seminar on Central Mediterranean Prehistory will be held at the Institute on 20 May 2015.

This long standing event aims to gather scholars working on prehistory in the Central Mediterranean in order to present their current research, exchange ideas and explore new research directions in a friendly environment.

Academics, postdoctoral researchers, PhD students and independent scholars from the UK and overseas will present papers or posters relevant to the field of prehistory of Italy, Corsica, Malta, the eastern Adriatic coast, southern France, and Mediterranean areas of North Africa. The time frame will cover the Neolithic to Iron Age, up to 500 BC.

The seminar is kindly supported by the Joint Faculty Institute of Graduate Studies (JFIGS), the Accordia Research Institute and the ERC-funded PROCON research project.
